At Parrotize UK we take pride in the quality of our products and service. We want all our customers to be delighted with their purchases. Our customer satisfaction guarantee means that can shop with confidence.

If a product is damaged on arrival or incorrect in any way, just let us know promptly and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.

We also understand that sometimes customers change their mind or mistakenly order an incorrect product. So, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us, unused and in the original packaging, within 14 days for a full refund (less return shipping).

Some common questions about returning products.

Q: Can I return my item if I simply change my mind?

A: Yes, just notify us via our Contact Us page and we will make arrangements with you for collection of the item. If your order has not been despatched we will simply cancel the order and refund the purchase price. Please note, returned items must be unused, in saleable condition and with all original packaging intact.

Q: Can I return an item once it has been assembled or used?

A: No, only if it is faulty. Items that have been partially or fully assembled are deemed used goods and we are therefore not able to offer refunds..

Q: How long does it take for you to issue a refund?

A: We usually issue refunds within 2-3 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned item at our warehouse. However it may take several more days to be credited to your card account by your bank.

Q: Do I have to pay to return the item?

A: Yes, you are responsible for returning the item in good condition and all carriage costs. You can either send the item to the return address we advise, or you can carefully re-pack the item in its original packaging and we will advise the cost of collection which will then be deducted from your refund.

Q: How do I cancel an order before it is despatched?

A: You request cancellation of your order at any time by sending us an email via our Contact Us page. We will then send you confirmation of cancellation, providing your order has not already been despatched. If your order has been shipped already, you may return it as detailed in our Returns Policy.

Q: What warranty do you offer on your products?

A: All products at Parrotize UK are covered by manufacturer guarantee for a period of at least one year. N.B. Normal wear and tear and product use is not covered.
